Applies to the Foliq app (Personal and Barber accounts)
You can permanently delete your Foliq account and all data tied to it directly from within the app — no email or support request needed. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Deletion is only possible from within the app, on the account you want to remove.
Tap the profile/settings icon from the home screen.
Found near the bottom of the Settings screen, under account actions.
You'll be asked to confirm once more, since this action cannot be undone.
Your profile, all analysis results and photos, your Hair Journey history, and — if you use Barber Mode — your customer records and haircut history tied to your organization. This is carried out irreversibly on our servers. Only records subject to a legal retention obligation (e.g. billing history, for the period required by applicable law) may be exempted, as may a one-way hash of your email address kept only to prevent the free first analysis from being reused. If you're unable to access the app to complete this yourself, contact us at hello@ascendlabs.studio and we'll process the deletion on your behalf after verifying your identity.

Bu işlem geri alınamayacağı için bir kez daha onay istenir.
Profiliniz, tüm analiz sonuçlarınız ve fotoğraflarınız, Saç Yolculuğu geçmişiniz ve Berber Modu kullanıyorsanız organizasyonunuza bağlı müşteri kayıtlarınız ve tıraş geçmişiniz. Bu işlem sunucularımızda geri alınamaz şekilde uygulanır; yalnızca yasal saklama yükümlülüğü bulunan kayıtlar (ör. faturalandırma geçmişi, ilgili mevzuatın öngördüğü süreyle) istisna tutulabilir; ayrıca ücretsiz ilk analizin tekrar kullanılmasını önlemek amacıyla yalnızca e-posta adresinizin tek yönlü bir özeti (hash) saklanabilir.
