These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Foliq and any person ("User", "you") who uses the Foliq mobile application ("App") operated by Furkan Aydın ("Foliq", "we"). By downloading and starting to use the App, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the App.
Foliq is a mobile app that provides personalized style/haircut recommendations based on face and hair structure from photos uploaded by users. The App operates in two modes: (a) Personal Mode, which lets individual users run their own analyses and track their hair history ("Hair Journey"); (b) Barber Mode, which lets salon/barber businesses manage customer analyses, add team members, and keep customer records. You can also find nearby barbers in Discover, book appointments with them and review the service you received. Foliq is a platform that connects users with barber businesses; the barber service itself is provided by the business and Foliq is not a party to it.
The first time you open the App, you start using it with a temporary (anonymous) account without entering any personal information. You can link this temporary account to a permanent one at any time via Apple, Google, or email verification; doing so does not cause you to lose any analyses or records you've created up to that point. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any use of your account by anyone with access to your device.
Individual users: each person's first full analysis is free. It is granted once per person and is tied to a verified account identity (Apple, Google or email) — deleting your account and signing up again does not renew it. Each further new full analysis requires 1 analysis credit. Credits are bought as one-time (consumable) packs through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the prices shown on the purchase screen. Purchased credits have no separate expiry date; credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Viewing the same set of photos again with the same result, and progress-tracking check-ins in Hair Journey, do not use a credit. Credit purchases are digital content delivered immediately; under applicable distance-selling law the right of withdrawal does not apply once the analysis service has started (a credit has been used). Refund requests are governed by Apple's / Google's own refund policies. Users who bought a "Premium" subscription before credits were introduced keep it on its previous terms for as long as it stays active, and their analyses do not require credits during that time; new Premium subscriptions are no longer offered.
For barber businesses, Foliq offers auto-renewing "Foliq Pro" and "Foliq Team" subscription plans. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play at the price shown on the in-app purchase screen. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged to your account within 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel at any time in your App Store/Play Store account settings or in the app under Settings > Manage Plan; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and no partial refund is given. The store may offer a free trial to eligible new subscribers; unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, the selected plan is charged automatically. Under the store's rules, a free trial is granted only once per Apple/Google account. A business is listed in Discover only while its subscription or trial is active.
Foliq may offer invite programs that reward users and barber businesses for bringing in new users. Individual invites: if the person you invite joins Foliq with your invite code and completes their own first full analysis, 1 analysis credit is added to your account; using a code or sharing a link does not by itself earn a reward. A user can earn at most 3 credits through invites; after that, new invites earn no credit. Credits earned through invites expire if not used within 90 days of being earned. Payouts may be reviewed if an unusual number of rewards is triggered in a short time. Barber invites: as customers a barber business brings in complete their own first full analysis, the business may be granted rewards such as extra Pro days, a Discover boost or a "FOLIQ Partner" badge; reward thresholds and additional conditions (e.g. enough highly rated reviews) are shown in the app. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Inviting yourself, creating fake or multiple accounts, or otherwise abusing the program is prohibited; in that case we may cancel rewards and suspend the account. Foliq reserves the right to change or end the invite programs.
An appointment made through Foliq is an arrangement between you and the business; the business is responsible for the service and the price. A business may confirm, propose to reschedule, or decline an appointment; a reschedule is subject to the customer's confirmation. Not showing up, or cancelling late (less than 3 hours before the start), is recorded and may be shown as a summary to businesses that have a pending appointment with you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Reviews may only be written after a completed appointment, within 7 days of its completion, and must be based on your real experience; abusive, unlawful or misleading content is prohibited. We may review and remove reported reviews.
The photos you upload for analysis ("User Content") belong to you. Foliq processes this content only to provide the analysis service, to display the history associated with your account (Hair Journey / customer records), and to improve the service; it does not sell your content for advertising purposes or share it with third parties. For customer photos uploaded on behalf of a business in Barber Mode, obtaining the necessary permission/consent from the customer is the business's responsibility.
The analysis results, recommendations, and scores provided by Foliq are purely for informational and style-guidance purposes; they do not constitute a medical, dermatological, or psychological diagnosis, advice, or treatment. If you have any concerns about hair loss, skin, or health, you should consult a healthcare professional.
The App's design, software, brand name, logo, and analysis methodology belong to Foliq and are protected by copyright. You may use the App only under these Terms, for your personal or your business's operational use; you may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute it.
Under the Foliq Team plan, a business owner can invite additional team members to their organization. Invited members access the App based on the organization owner's subscription status; when the owner cancels or their subscription expires, all team members' access ends as well. The organization owner is responsible for the in-app conduct of the people they add to their team and for the access they grant them.
You can permanently delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete My Account; this initiates deletion of the profile, analysis, customer, and haircut records tied to your account and cannot be undone. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
Foliq does not guarantee that the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Foliq cannot be held responsible for dissatisfaction or outcomes arising from personal decisions made based on the App's recommendations (e.g. a cut requested from a stylist). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foliq's liability is limited to the total amount, if any, you paid to Foliq (subscription or credit packs) in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms; users who use the App from outside Türkiye also retain any mandatory rights arising from their own country's consumer protection laws.

Bu Kullanım Şartları ("Şartlar"), Furkan Aydın ("Foliq", "biz") tarafından işletilen Foliq mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanan her kişi ("Kullanıcı", "siz") ile Foliq arasındaki ilişkiyi düzenler. Uygulamayı indirip kullanmaya başladığınızda bu Şartları ve ekindeki Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmamalısınız.
Foliq, kullanıcıların yüklediği fotoğraflar üzerinden yüz ve saç yapısına dair kişiselleştirilmiş stil/kesim önerileri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama iki modda çalışır: (a) Kişisel Mod, bireysel kullanıcıların kendi analizlerini yapıp saç geçmişlerini ("Hair Journey") takip etmesini sağlar; (b) Berber Modu, kuaför/berber işletmelerinin müşteri analizlerini yönetmesine, ekip üyeleri eklemesine ve müşteri kayıtlarını tutmasına imkân tanır. Ayrıca Keşfet ekranından yakınınızdaki berberleri bulabilir, berberlerle randevu oluşturabilir ve aldığınız hizmeti değerlendirebilirsiniz. Foliq, kullanıcılar ile berber işletmeleri arasında aracılık eden bir platformdur; berber hizmetinin kendisi işletme tarafından sunulur ve Foliq bu hizmetin tarafı değildir.
Uygulamayı ilk açtığınızda, hiçbir kişisel bilgi girmeden geçici (anonim) bir hesapla kullanmaya başlarsınız. Dilediğiniz zaman Apple, Google veya e-posta doğrulaması ile bu geçici hesabı kalıcı bir hesaba bağlayabilirsiniz; bu işlem, o ana kadar oluşturduğunuz analiz ve kayıtları kaybetmenize yol açmaz. Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden ve cihazınıza erişimi olan kişilerin hesabınızı kullanabileceğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Bireysel kullanıcılar: Her kişinin ilk tam analizi ücretsizdir; bu hak kişi başına bir kez tanınır ve doğrulanmış bir hesap kimliğine (Apple, Google veya e-posta) bağlıdır — hesabınızı silip yeniden kayıt olmak bu hakkı yenilemez. Sonraki her yeni tam analiz için 1 analiz kredisi gerekir. Krediler, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden tek seferlik (tüketilebilir) paketler halinde, satın alma ekranında görüntülenen fiyatlarla satın alınır. Satın alınan kredilerin ayrıca bir son kullanma tarihi yoktur; krediler devredilemez ve nakde çevrilemez. Aynı fotoğraf setinin aynı sonuçla yeniden görüntülenmesi ve Hair Journey'deki ilerleme takibi çekimleri kredi tüketmez. Kredi satın alımları anında ifa edilen dijital içerik niteliğindedir; yürürlükteki mesafeli sözleşme mevzuatı uyarınca analiz hizmeti başladıktan (bir kredi kullanıldıktan) sonra cayma hakkı uygulanmaz. İade talepleri Apple'ın/Google'ın kendi iade politikalarına tabidir. Kredilere geçilmeden önce "Premium" aboneliği satın almış kullanıcıların aboneliği, aktif olduğu sürece önceki koşullarıyla devam eder ve bu sürede analizleri kredi gerektirmez; yeni Premium aboneliği artık sunulmamaktadır.
Berber işletmeleri için "Foliq Pro" ve "Foliq Team" adında otomatik yenilenen abonelik paketleri sunulur. Abonelik ücretleri, Uygulama içinde satın alma ekranında görüntülenen fiyat üzerinden Apple App Store veya Google Play aracılığıyla tahsil edilir. Abonelikler, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem sonundan önceki 24 saat içinde hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman App Store/Play Store hesap ayarlarınızdan veya Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar > Paketi Yönet üzerinden iptal edebilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut ödenmiş dönemin sonunda geçerli olur ve kısmi iade yapılmaz. Mağaza, uygun yeni abonelere ücretsiz deneme sunabilir; deneme bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse seçilen plan otomatik olarak ücretlendirilir. Mağazanın kuralları gereği ücretsiz deneme Apple/Google hesabı başına yalnızca bir kez tanınır. Bir işletme, Keşfet'te yalnızca aboneliği veya denemesi aktif olduğu sürece listelenir.
Foliq, kullanıcıları ve berber işletmelerini yeni kullanıcı getirmeye teşvik eden davet programları sunabilir. Bireysel davet: Davet ettiğiniz kişi Foliq'e sizin davet kodunuzla katılır ve kendi ilk tam analizini tamamlarsa hesabınıza 1 analiz kredisi eklenir; kodun kullanılması veya bağlantının paylaşılması tek başına ödül doğurmaz. Bir kullanıcı davet yoluyla en fazla 3 kredi kazanabilir; sonrasında yeni davetler kredi kazandırmaz. Davet ile kazanılan krediler, kazanıldıkları tarihten itibaren 90 gün içinde kullanılmazsa sona erer. Kısa sürede olağandışı sayıda ödül tetiklenmesi hâlinde ödemeler incelemeye alınabilir. Berber davetleri: Bir berber işletmesinin getirdiği müşteriler kendi ilk tam analizlerini tamamladıkça işletmeye Pro süresine ek gün, Keşfet'te öne çıkma veya "FOLIQ Partner" rozeti gibi ödüller tanınabilir; ödül eşikleri ve ek koşullar (ör. yeterli sayıda ve yüksek puanlı değerlendirme) Uygulama içinde gösterilir. Ödüllerin nakit karşılığı yoktur ve devredilemez. Kendinizi davet etmek, sahte veya çoklu hesap açmak ya da programı başka şekilde kötüye kullanmak yasaktır; bu durumda ödülleri iptal etme ve hesabı askıya alma hakkımız saklıdır. Foliq, davet programlarını değiştirme veya sonlandırma hakkını saklı tutar.
Foliq üzerinden oluşturulan bir randevu sizinle işletme arasındaki bir düzenlemedir; hizmetten ve fiyattan işletme sorumludur. İşletme randevuyu onaylayabilir, ertelemeyi önerebilir veya reddedebilir; erteleme müşterinin onayına tabidir. Randevuya gelmemek veya randevuyu geç iptal etmek (başlangıca 3 saatten az kala) kayıt altına alınır ve Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklandığı şekilde, sizden bekleyen bir randevusu olan işletmelere özet olarak gösterilebilir. Değerlendirmeler yalnızca tamamlanmış bir randevunun ardından, randevunun tamamlanmasından sonraki 7 gün içinde ve gerçek deneyiminize dayanarak yazılmalıdır; hakaret içeren, hukuka aykırı veya yanıltıcı içerik yasaktır. Bildirilen değerlendirmeleri inceleme ve kaldırma hakkımız saklıdır.
Analiz için yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar ("Kullanıcı İçeriği") size aittir. Foliq, bu içerikleri yalnızca analiz hizmetini sunmak, hesabınızla ilişkilendirilmiş geçmişi (Hair Journey / müşteri kayıtları) göstermek ve hizmeti iyileştirmek amacıyla işler; içeriklerinizi reklam amacıyla satmaz veya üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz. Berber Modu'nda bir işletme adına yüklenen müşteri fotoğrafları için, ilgili müşteriden gerekli izin/onayı almak işletmenin sorumluluğundadır.
Foliq tarafından sunulan analiz sonuçları, öneriler ve puanlamalar tamamen bilgilendirme ve stil önerisi amaçlıdır; tıbbi, dermatolojik veya psikolojik bir teşhis, tavsiye ya da tedavi niteliği taşımaz. Saç dökülmesi, cilt veya sağlıkla ilgili herhangi bir endişeniz varsa bir sağlık uzmanına başvurmalısınız.
Uygulamanın tasarımı, yazılımı, marka adı, logosu ve analiz metodolojisi Foliq'e aittir ve telif hakkı ile korunmaktadır. Uygulamayı yalnızca bu Şartlar kapsamında, kişisel veya işletmenizin operasyonel kullanımı için kullanabilirsiniz; tersine mühendislik yapamaz, kopyalayamaz veya yeniden dağıtamazsınız.
Foliq Team paketinde bir işletme sahibi, kendi organizasyonuna ek ekip üyeleri davet edebilir. Davet edilen üyeler, organizasyon sahibinin abonelik durumuna bağlı olarak Uygulamaya erişir; organizasyon sahibi aboneliğini iptal ettiğinde veya süresi dolduğunda tüm ekip üyelerinin erişimi de sona erer. Organizasyon sahibi, ekibine eklediği kişilerin Uygulama içi davranışlarından ve bu kişilere verdiği erişim yetkisinden sorumludur.
Hesabınızı, Ayarlar > Hesabımı Sil yoluyla dilediğiniz zaman kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz; bu işlem hesabınıza ait profil, analiz, müşteri ve tıraş kayıtlarının silinmesini başlatır ve geri alınamaz. Bu Şartları ihlal ettiğinizi tespit etmemiz hâlinde hesabınızı askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.
Foliq, Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmez. Uygulama önerileri doğrultusunda alınan kişisel kararlardan (ör. bir kuaförden talep edilen kesim) doğabilecek memnuniyetsizlik veya sonuçlardan Foliq sorumlu tutulamaz. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Foliq'in sorumluluğu, varsa son 12 ay içinde Foliq'e ödediğiniz toplam bedel (abonelik veya kredi paketi) ile sınırlıdır.
Bu Şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Bu Şartlardan doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir; Uygulamayı Türkiye dışından kullanan kullanıcılar için ayrıca kendi ülkelerinin tüketici mevzuatından doğan emredici hakları saklıdır.
